接合技术是热塑性复合材料(TPC)在未来多材料系统中成功应用的关键。为了实现复合材料-金属接合,可将辅助接合元件(焊接嵌件)集成到复合材料中作为界面。本研究采用在压缩模塑过程中将金属焊接嵌件嵌入热塑性复合材料的方法,实现无纤维损伤的接合。该技术基于销钉模孔与同步放置焊接嵌件的概念,随后可使用常规点焊枪将复合材料构件与金属结构进行接合。研究在玻纤增强聚丙烯(GFRP)薄板中嵌入两种不同类型的焊接嵌件,并与钢板进行焊接。通过焊接工艺仿真确定了合适的焊接参数。采用显微截面分析法对焊接前后的接头质量进行了评估,并通过凿形试验和单搭接剪切试验评估了不同焊接嵌件设计的接头强度。研究表明,该创新技术可获得高质量接头,且嵌件头部设计对接头承载能力有显著影响。
