在欧盟地平线2020研究创新计划的清洁天空2项目框架下,开发了典型中短程飞机机身的多功能机身演示器。该项目重点关注热塑性单向碳纤维复合材料的应用。热塑性复合材料允许采用焊接等多种装配技术,通过局部重熔两个待接合部件的界面实现连接。本文重点介绍了感应焊接技术作为装配方法的最新进展,以及荷兰航空航天研究中心(NLR)在采用东丽Cetex® TC1225低熔点聚芳醚酮/T700碳纤维材料的单向低熔点聚芳醚酮碳纤维部件感应焊接方面的研究成果。研究目标是深化对单向层板感应加热原理的理解,建立行为模型,并评估焊接接头的力学性能。研究表明,采用外表面防雷击保护材料的焊接组件以及厚度达8 mm/层的层板组件的装配均可行。该技术为热塑性复合材料在航空结构中的应用提供了新的装配解决方案。
