自动铺纤(AFP)工艺中预浸料的粘性受到预浸料树脂粘合界面结合强度与内聚强度之间敏感平衡的影响。为探究界面液-固相互作用对商用航空级环氧预浸料粘性的作用机制,对AFP相关基体进行了表面润湿性分析。采用水/二碘甲烷标准测试液组合和提取的纯环氧树脂,通过悬滴法进行接触角测量,并应用Owens-Wendt-Rabel-Kaelble(OWRK)模型进行表面能分析。进行了流变学和表面形貌分析,以阐明粘性树脂在不同粗糙度基体表面的流动行为。材料表征结果与采用流变仪进行的探针粘性测试结果进行了对比分析。研究发现,不同基体表面的最大粘性水平和粘合性起始温度随接触形成的相关工艺参数而显著变化。采用拓扑扩展的Dahlquist准则对实验粘性结果进行了解释,获得了良好的一致性。对每种基体,确定了与粘性起始温度相对应的温度相关临界储存模量。接触角测量揭示了热力学粘合功与最大粘性之间的相关性,并进一步结合表面形貌,阐明了粘合体制中粘性起始的机制。发现极性和分散性表面自由能及表面张力分量的匹配比例有利于促进预浸料树脂与基体间界面的分子相互作用。
