本研究旨在确定航空航天结构中商用碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)所用的热固性环氧树脂与适用于边界层的热塑性材料之间的界面行为。热塑性边界层用于焊接目的,以连接结构部件,相比传统胶粘工艺可显著降低工作量。研究通过热台显微镜实验,系统研究了环氧树脂与多种热塑性材料(聚醚醚酮、聚偏氟乙烯、聚苯硫醚和聚醚酰亚胺)的界面形成过程。基于实验结果,选定聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)作为最优材料,进一步详细研究了在各种等温条件下溶解、扩散和相分离机制的依赖性。采用电阻焊接装置研究了焊接行为,通过统计变化工艺参数以优化搭接剪切强度。研究结果揭示了界面发展过程、形态演变和力学性能之间的关联,为完整理解该焊接工艺提供了关键依据。
