激光辅助自动纤维铺放工艺参数对碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚层合板性能的影响

激光辅助自动纤维铺放(AFP)技术可实现热塑性复合材料的原位固化,工艺参数对复合材料性能有显著影响。本研究系统调查了激光辅助AFP工艺参数对连续碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚(CF/PPS)复合材料性能的影响规律。采用四层CF/PPS预浸料在不同工艺参数组合条件下进行铺放,对复合材料的表面形貌、孔隙率、结晶度和层间剪切强度(ILSS)进行了表征。研究结果表明:增加激光温度和压实压力能显著改善复合材料表面的树脂分布状态。当工具温度为120°C时,复合材料的最高结晶度达到46%,而工具温度为40°C时仅为18%。随着压实力从500 N增加到2000 N,复合材料的孔隙率明显降低。通过双缺口拉伸剪切试验评估了ILSS性能。结果表明复合材料的力学性能主要受孔隙率控制,而结晶度的影响相对较小。该研究为激光辅助AFP工艺的参数优化提供了重要参考。
