混凝土浇筑和振捣施工质量的自动监测预警解决方案

混凝土浇筑和振捣是影响混凝土质量的关键工序。现有监测方法主要依靠项目管理人员的目视检查和反馈,存在耗时、主观性强等问题,难以及时发现施工缺陷,通常需要在混凝土硬化后进行检测和修复。为解决事后质量控制的局限性,实现混凝土施工的实时质量保证,本研究提出了一套混凝土浇筑和振捣施工质量的自动监测预警解决方案。该方案能够实时采集和编译与施工质量相关的传感器数据,当相关参数超出规定范围时向项目管理人员发送预警。研究分四个阶段进行:(1)识别决定混凝土施工可接受性的关键操作因素(KOFs);(2)评审并选择合适的定位技术用于采集KOFs数据;(3)设计和编程监测模块,实现定位数据的解释和异常施工预警功能;(4)在实际工程现场进行验证测试,将定位和预警数据与视频记录进行对比分析。测试结果表明,混凝土浇筑的监测性能准确可靠。后续研究将重点开发该方案与施工人员之间的沟通反馈机制,使预警信息能够直接传达给作业人员。
