热固性树脂因其在宽温度范围内保持的尺寸稳定性、化学惯性和刚性,在高性能轻质应用领域享有盛誉。然而,固化后难以重塑或重新加工,导致回收利用和工艺灵活性问题长期未解。由Leibler等人于2011年提出的活性酯树脂(Vitrimers)是连接热塑性塑料与热固性树脂之间鸿沟的重要进展。凭借其动态共价网络结构,活性酯树脂既能保持机械稳定性和溶剂耐性,又能在加热时按需流动。更广泛地,共价自适应网络(CANs)家族因其多样化的化学体系和键交换机制展现出巨大潜力。基于这一特征,自修复性、可回收性和可焊接性等优异性能为热固性树脂的应用范围扩展、使用寿命延长、可持续性提升和功能多样化开辟了新的可能。本综述系统阐述了共价自适应网络和活性酯树脂领域最具前景的研究进展,重点关注其工业应用前景。详细介绍了基于环氧树脂和弹性体网络的复合材料及可持续活性酯树脂的研究现状。
