氧燃焊接制备AA2024-T3铝合金与热塑性复合材料混杂接头的表征

异种材料连接研究已从临时连接方法发展到永久连接方法,后者因混杂结构能综合发挥各组成材料的优势而更具应用价值。本研究采用等离子体电解氧化(PEO)处理AA2024-T3铝合金,通过氧燃焊接(OFW)工艺制备热塑性复合材料/AA2024-T3混杂接头。对接头的形貌、化学成分、电化学性能和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:接头结构均匀,异种材料间的粘接强度达4.2~5.2 MPa,呈现内聚破坏特征,部分情况下热塑性基体未出现严重降解。PEO处理因涂层中硅含量较高而降低了界面剪切强度。涂层有效提高了材料的贵金属性和耐腐蚀性,腐蚀速率为0.0087~0.018 mm/年。研究结果为异种材料永久连接提供了新的工艺思路,对混杂结构的工程应用具有指导意义。
