氧化石墨烯对碳/玻纤混杂纤维增强聚合物复合材料拉伸和弯曲性能的影响

本文采用双轴经编碳/玻纤混杂纤维作为增强体、环氧树脂作为基体,利用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备了不同质量分数氧化石墨烯(GO)改性的复合材料,研究了GO对碳/玻纤混杂纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响。对试样沿0°和90°方向的拉伸和弯曲性能进行了实验测试,观察了断裂试样的宏观和微观形貌特征,分析了GO改性对复合材料强度和模量的影响。结果表明,GO改性提高了纤维/树脂界面的结合强度,改善了复合材料的拉伸和弯曲性能。当GO填充质量分数为0.25 wt%时,0°和90°方向的拉伸强度分别提高了8.97%和4.78%;拉伸模量分别提高了15.19%和10.74%;0°和90°方向的弯曲强度分别提高了10.70%和9.60%;弯曲模量分别提高了9.62%和15.20%。GO改性碳/玻纤混杂纤维增强复合材料的力学性能显著改善,具有广泛的应用前景。
