树脂传递模塑(RTM)等闭模注射工艺在高质量碳纤维增强复合材料零件的高效生产中日益重要。该工艺的主要挑战是避免树脂富集区的形成,这是由预成型体在模具中压实不均匀引起的。本研究旨在预测预成型体的压实缺陷及其对填充行为的影响。采用数值压实模拟计算模具闭合后的预成型体几何形状,随后将其传递至浸润模拟中以模拟填充行为。同时,纤维体积含量和材料取向从力学模拟中转移。模具中未被增强材料填充的区域被模型化为高渗透性流道。研究结果证明压实状态对填充行为具有显著影响。该耦合方法支持RTM模具设计,有助于优化制造工艺,为预防树脂富集缺陷、提高复合材料制件质量提供了有效的数值预测工具。
