自石墨烯和碳纳米管(CNTs)被发现以来,机械工程师和科学家一直在探索将其与树脂复合的各种方法,同时避免企业改造现有生产工艺。目前,CNT增强复合材料已广泛应用于航空航天、高性能体育装备以及船舶、汽车和飞机制造领域。CNT增强复合材料具有质轻、强度高的特点,通过选择合适的形态和不同类型的CNT,可显著改善材料的力学性能。本综述对CNT增强复合材料的多种制造工艺进行了系统比较分析,涵盖应用领域、制备时间、制造成本、基体材料、力学性能、导电性能和化学性能等方面。重点介绍了交联聚合、电化学共沉积、树脂膜注入、真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)等主要制造方法。通过对各工艺的对比分析,为未来应用中选择最优制造方法提供了参考依据,有助于拓宽CNT纳米复合材料在工程应用中的视野。
