无粘结CFRP加固钢构件屈曲控制方法

本文提出了一种无粘结碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)加固方法用于轴压钢构件的屈曲控制。初步研究共进行了8根钢筋试件的试验,其中细长比分别为70和95。通过解析研究确定了CFRP的设计要求。采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VaRTM)工艺对CFRP进行成型,以实现CFRP与钢材之间的零间隙贴合。试验结果表明,无粘结CFRP加固能够延缓钢构件屈曲发生,提高其轴向承载能力。所有加固试件均观察到曲率变化,且CFRP未出现压碎现象。该研究为钢构件的抗屈曲加固提供了新的技术思路,具有应用潜力。
