旋转成型工艺中模具充填的实验与数值分析

本研究针对旋转成型工艺的数值模具充填模拟进行了开发。在旋转成型工艺中,干纤维预制体置于模具内,在旋转条件下用热固性基体树脂进行浸渍。此外,金属负荷引入元件可插入模具中,通过共固化或形配方式与预制体连接,从而制备混杂传动轴或拉杆等混合制品。建立的数值模型用于模拟预制体的浸渍过程。基于树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺,采用OpenFOAM求解器进行扩展以适应旋转成型工艺。选择并调整了渗透率、动力学和固化模型以匹配所用材料的特性。开发了基于电容式传感器的无线测量方案用于模型验证。通过对比测量数据与数值计算的树脂到达电容式传感器的浸渍时间,模型显示出良好的预测质量。计算结果与实验测量平均值的平均偏差为43.8%,最大偏差为65.8%。该模型可用于预测浸渍进展和固化状态。
