异质金属与复合材料层间的胶接接头因其显著的减重潜力和能耗降低优势,在航空航天等工业领域应用日益广泛。本研究采用双悬臂梁(DCB)和端部缺口弯曲(ENF)试验方法,实验研究了新型钛–碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)胶接接头的界面断裂行为,该接头可应用于未来大型客运飞机机翼结构。提出了四种工业相关的制造工艺方案:共固化有/无胶粘剂和采用热固性/热塑性CFRP的二次胶接,均采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)技术。为防止钛合金在试验中屈服,在主接头上胶接两根铝合金背衬梁。采用作者近期提出的数据处理方案确定接头断裂韧性,该方案考虑了弯曲–拉伸耦合效应和制造过程中产生的残余热应力等因素。对四种制造工艺方案的载荷–位移响应、试验过程中的断裂行为和断裂韧性性能进行了系统测试和对比分析,为钛–CFRP混合结构的优化设计提供了重要参考数据。
