本研究首次系统调查了Elium®热塑性树脂的超声焊接特性及其在超快速超声焊接技术中的熔融粘合性能。采用树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺制造了集成能量导向器(ED)聚合物基复合材料(PMCs)面板,该方案可实现无气泡面板的制造。研究对比了集成ED构型和界面处不同厚度Elium®薄膜(平面型)试样的超声焊接工艺参数。研究结果表明,集成ED构型和厚度为0.5 mm的平面Elium®薄膜构型的最优焊接时间分别为1 s和5.5 s。集成ED构型展现了最佳焊接效果,搭接剪切强度达到18.68 MPa。形貌学评估表明Elium®树脂发生了显著的塑性变形和剪切尖端形成,这些因素增强了焊接强度。该研究为Elium®复合材料零件在汽车、风力发电机组、体育器材及其他工业应用领域的自动化连接提供了新的解决方案。
