拉挤成型复合材料助力建筑行业可持续发展
Pultruded composites contribute to a more sustainable future for construction
摘要整理
提高建筑部门的能源和资源效率是欧盟实现2050年气候中立目标的关键。复合材料通过实现强度高、耐久性好、质量轻的产品制造,能够帮助建筑部门改善环保性能并降低全生命周期成本。拉挤成型复合材料制品具有设计灵活性强、性能优异、安装快速、耐腐蚀性好、维护成本低等特点,广泛应用于桥面板、混凝土钢筋、铁路站台、建筑面板、楼梯和围栏等多种建筑和基础设施工程。拉挤工艺通过连续纤维增强和树脂基体的结合,生产出具有均匀截面的高性能构件,相比传统材料具有更长的使用寿命和更低的全生命周期成本,是推动建筑行业绿色转型的重要材料解决方案。
