拉挤成型与树脂传递模塑工艺对比

拉挤成型和树脂传递模塑(RTM)是生产复合材料的两种广泛应用的制造工艺。拉挤成型通过连续拉动纤维增强材料通过树脂浸渍槽和加热模具,适合生产截面均匀的长条形制品,具有生产效率高、纤维含量可控、产品性能稳定等优势。RTM工艺则通过将干纤维预制体放入闭合模具中,注入液态树脂并固化,适合生产形状复杂、壁厚变化大的制品,具有设计灵活性强、表面质量好、纤维利用率高等特点。两种工艺各有优劣:拉挤成型生产周期短、成本低、适合大批量生产,但产品形状受限;RTM工艺能实现复杂几何结构,但生产周期相对较长、成本较高。本文由Exel Composites公司技术与研发副总裁Kim Sjödahl撰写,系统分析了拉挤成型的主要优势,并与RTM工艺进行了全面对比,为复合材料制造商选择合适的生产工艺提供了参考依据。
