投影立体光刻连续三维打印的约束窗口设计

连续投影立体光刻(SL)打印作为下一代超快速增材制造(AM)工艺之一,其现有的树脂槽约束窗口设计存在诸多挑战,包括复杂的控制机制和硬件寿命有限等问题。本文针对连续三维(3D)打印提出了一种新型约束窗口设计——岛屿窗口(IW),采用投影SL工艺实现。该IW窗口在激光加工的亚克力槽框架上集成了高透氧性聚二甲基硅氧烷膜,能够形成有效的液体界面(>200 μm氧气抑制层),从而实现连续投影SL工艺。实验结果验证了该窗口设计的可行性,由于氧气浓度提高,最大打印时间延长了73%。研究发现,在保证表面光滑度(Rz<30 μm)的前提下,最大打印速度可达90 mm/h,与最近报道的连续SL工艺速度相当。此外,通过采用该IW设计成功制造了多种零件,表明该方案在低成本、高分辨率、易于控制和超快速增材制造工艺中具有巨大应用潜力。
