感应焊接制备碳纤维/聚醚醚酮热塑性复合材料的工艺参数对接合性能的影响

在各种热塑性复合材料焊接技术中,感应焊接因其快速、清洁、非接触式的特点而脱颖而出,能够缩短焊接时间,避免铆钉和螺栓等机械紧固件增加的重量。本研究在不同自动纤维铺放激光功率(3569、4576和5034 W)条件下制备了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)树脂基热塑性碳纤维复合材料,并研究了感应焊接后其接合性能和力学特性。采用光学显微镜、C扫描和力学强度测量等多种技术评估复合材料质量,并使用热成像相机监测试样加工过程中的表面温度。结果表明,聚合物/碳纤维复合材料的制备条件(如激光功率和表面温度)显著影响感应焊接接合复合材料的质量和性能。制备过程中较低的激光功率导致复合材料各组分间的接合强度较弱,所得试样的剪切应力较低。研究结果为优化感应焊接工艺参数、提高PEEK基碳纤维热塑性复合材料的接合质量提供了重要参考。
