循环湿热老化时间对单向复合材料层间脱粘行为的影响研究

复合材料层间界面是载荷传递的关键部位,对复合材料结构的整体力学性能起决定性作用。层间性能主要受基体树脂影响,而树脂易受湿热环境侵蚀。本研究探讨了湿热老化时间对单向(UD)层板层间脱粘行为的影响规律。预制裂纹试样经历0、15、30、60、90和120 d的湿热老化处理。采用双悬臂梁(DCB)测试方法评估层间性能,分析了湿热老化对载荷-位移响应、R曲线、裂纹扩展速度和断裂面形貌的影响。结果表明:老化试样的承载能力相比未老化试样降低18.6%~29.0%;经15 d处理的试样层间断裂韧性显著下降,主要源于湿热老化引起的吸水量增加;随着老化时间延长,层间断裂韧性在60 d时达到峰值(受后固化效应影响),之后呈下降趋势(受湿热老化主导效应影响);老化试样的纤维桥接现象逐渐明显,在60 d时最为突出,随后逐步减弱。纤维桥接作用降低了裂纹扩展速度,阻碍了层间脱粘,对层间增韧起到重要贡献。
