废胶粉工业生产工艺的环境影响评价——生命周期评估(LCA)方法研究(以PT FRP公司为案例)

PT FRP公司年产SIR 20废胶粉42,000吨。本研究采用生命周期评估(LCA)方法分析1吨废胶粉生产的环境影响,为生态改善提供建议。研究采用从生产厂门到厂门(gate-to-gate)的范围界定,使用SimaPro软件和生态指示符99(Eco-indicator 99)方法进行评估,遵循ISO 14040:2016标准。表征阶段结果显示,化石燃料影响类别的值最高(931 MJ盈余),单一得分总值为369 Pt,其中呼吸系统无机物影响最大。干燥机干燥工艺、电力使用、发电机和锅炉是四个对环境影响最显著的生产工艺。改善建议包括:在锅炉中安装经济器、优化锅炉燃料组合、以及将发电机燃料从柴油替换为Pertamina Dex燃料。这些措施可有效降低上述四个工艺过程的环保影响。
