干纤维铺放(DFP)工艺采用2D和3D铺放系统,将展开的预浸胶碳纤维束自动加工成干态纺织预成型体。该工艺旨在实现传统手工铺放的自动化,降低工艺复杂度,提高过程稳定性,便于DFP技术的推广应用。研究证明该工艺具有高可靠性、低废料率和灵活的生产特性。本研究重点调查了工艺参数(2 mm宽间隙和层板中90°层的比例)对层板力学性能、渗透率和预成型体厚度方向(z向)树脂浸润时间的影响。通过对比分析多个应用场景,评估了这些参数对刚度和强度的作用规律。采用真空辅助工艺(VAP)浸润试验,建立了层板厚度、铺层结构和2 mm宽间隙等因素与浸润时间的函数关系,并进行了系统分析。研究采用24 k碳纤维束、反应型环氧基胶粘剂体系和热固性浸润树脂体系进行试验验证。
