干纤维铺放半成品纤维在板类运动器材生产中的应用——以分板滑雪板为例

目前,板类运动器材(如滑雪板、滑板和尾波板)的生产主要采用夹芯结构,通常由木质芯材和纤维增强复合材料(FRP)覆盖层组成。这些热固性FRP材料主要通过手工铺层工艺和后续热压成型加工,随后与木质芯材原位连接。传统工艺中多轴针织织物(纤维方向为0/90或0/+45/-45)是常用的半成品纤维产品,经典纺织生产线生产的半成品宽度为1.27 m(50英寸),导致生产过程中纤维浪费高达30%。通过采用干纤维铺放工艺制造分板滑雪板(滑雪板的一个分类)的预成型体,碳纤维半成品生产中的浪费可降低约60%,显著提高经济效益。干纤维铺放技术的可变胶带铺放特性使得能够自动化生产复杂的层结构,这些结构目前只能通过手工方式实现。该研究表明干纤维铺放工艺在提高生产效率、降低材料浪费和实现自动化复杂结构制造方面具有显著优势。
