工程纺织品渗透率表征的试验-数值耦合方法

液体复合材料模塑工艺的设计需要对纺织品渗透率进行表征,这通常需要进行大量的试验测试。本研究提出了一种试验-数值耦合方法,旨在用数值模拟部分替代实验。该方法采用三维微观尺度模拟评估纱束内的渗透率,并将这些值赋予纺织品中观尺度的统计体积单元。为进一步提高精度,建立了标定方法。为验证该方法的有效性,预测了玻纤机织物和非织造布在纤维体积含量(FVC)为50%~60%范围内的渗透率。对于未标定但虚拟压实的模型,当FVC分别为55%和60%时,偏差范围为−27%~+42%,考虑到实验测试中的典型离散性(如近期渗透率基准测试中测得的变异系数为20%~50%),这一偏差是可以接受的。所获得的数值渗透率随后用作零件尺度(宏观尺度)数值充模模拟的输入参数。将所得充模时间与基于实验输入值的模拟结果进行对比,验证了该耦合方法在工程应用中的可行性。
