本研究探讨了嵌入弹性硅橡胶材料中的光纤瑞利应变传感器的热敏感性,为原位自动纤维铺放(AFP)中的温度测量提供了新的测量方案基础。研究将单根玻璃光纤嵌入简化压实辊硅胶涂层的沟槽中,通过改变沟槽几何形状来改变光纤的嵌入特性。实验中,将制备的传感器以恒定温度静压在加热板上,评估了与加热板接触后不同时间段的动态响应行为和热敏感性。结果表明:在150~350 °C的分析温度范围内,热敏感性与温度无关,但随沟槽深度减小而增加;在3 s的接触时间范围内,热敏感性呈稳定上升趋势。理论分析表明,在典型的AFP工艺接触时间条件下,考虑到测量系统的信号噪声,最敏感的传感器配置可实现±9 °C的理论测量精度。然而,实验也表明对流和辐射热传递引起的热干扰因素会影响测量精度。该研究为自动纤维铺放工艺的在线温度监测提供了技术基础。
