层内混杂碳纤维/芳纶复合材料力学性能评估

混杂化是获得多功能性的重要应用方式,通过结合各增强元素的最佳性能来制备复合材料。本研究采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)和真空袋压法(VABM)两种工艺方法,利用碳纤维、芳纶纤维及层内碳纤维/芳纶混杂织物制备了混杂复合材料和均质复合材料。以环氧树脂作为基体材料。通过拉伸试验、硬度测试和形貌分析,系统评估了不同生产工艺对层内混杂碳纤维/芳纶复合材料和层间混杂碳纤维/凯夫拉复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:采用VABM工艺制备的层内混杂碳纤维/芳纶样品的拉伸强度比VARTM工艺提高1.56倍;在硬度值对比中,VARTM工艺制备的层内混杂碳纤维/芳纶样品的硬度比VABM工艺提高1.20倍。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析单轴拉伸试验后的试样,观察到纤维断裂、纤维收缩和断裂等界面特征,证实纤维界面相互作用对试样力学性能具有重要支撑作用。
