多芯复合铝蜂窝夹芯板低速冲击性能的实验研究

本文通过低速冲击实验系统评估了多芯复合夹芯板的冲击响应特性。研究改变了夹芯板的几何参数,包括蜂窝孔径、孔高和面板厚度,并报告了这些参数对峰值载荷、能量吸收和吸能效率的影响规律。同时研究了冲击能量变化对梯度型和非梯度型夹芯板的作用效果。基于实验结果,为冲击能量吸收应用提出了合理的设计建议。从防撞性能角度看,梯度型多芯复合夹芯板相比非梯度型表现出更优异的性能。
