Improved mechanical properties of resistance welded joints of thermoplastic composites by versatile graphene oxide

本研究提出了一种通过添加氧化石墨烯(GO)纳米片来增强玻纤/聚醚酰亚胺(GF/PEI)层板电阻焊接头的方法。GO纳米片以不同质量比分别均匀分散到碳纤维(CF)束包覆PEI的加热元件(HE)和PEI膜焊接粘合剂中。GO纳米片首先采用改进的Hummers法制备,其形貌和结构通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射和拉曼光谱仪的组合表征。通过单搭接剪切试样的搭接剪切强度(LSS)和断口形貌评估最优焊接工艺参数,包括输入功率、加热时间和压力。最后研究了GO对焊接试样LSS的影响。结果表明,在焊接接头中添加GO可提高接头的LSS,但当GO含量超过最优值时,接头更容易受损。该研究为热塑性复合材料电阻焊接的性能优化提供了新的思路。
