多丝束进料器实现连续碳纤维增强聚酰胺6/马来酸酐改性聚丙烯/聚丙烯复合材料的高通量3D打印

开发了多丝束进料器以实现连续碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料的高通量3D打印。该系统同时供给四根丝束,通过控制进料速度实现四倍制造体积的提升。采用聚酰胺6(PA6)与聚丙烯(PP)聚合物共混技术开发了耐水丝束,分别提供了对碳纤维的良好粘合性和耐水性。利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析表征了连续碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料的聚合物结构,观察到多层聚合物结构的形成,显著增强了材料的耐水性能。弯曲测试结果表明,聚合物共混有效降低了3D打印单向碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料在湿态条件下弯曲模量的衰减。该研究通过多丝束并行打印和聚合物共混设计,在提高生产效率的同时改善了复合材料的长期耐水性能,为连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料的工业化应用提供了新的技术路径。
