复杂曲面自动纤维铺放工艺协同规划方法

自动纤维铺放(AFP)技术因其高生产效率、精度高、重复性好、废料少且能制造复杂曲面结构等优势,逐步替代传统手工铺层工艺。为进一步提升AFP应用水平,工艺规划是关键环节。本文建立了融合工艺条件与制造约束的协同工艺规划方法。详细分析并预测了压力、铺放头速度和材料温度等关键工艺参数的作用机制,同时定义并阐述了最关键的制造约束——临界转向半径。基于协同规划方法,获得了翼梢小翼工具的铺层工艺参数,并通过翼梢小翼铺放试验对该方法进行了验证。结果表明,该方法能实现高效铺放并显著改善翼梢小翼的铺层质量。协同工艺规划方法为复杂曲面结构的制造精度、效率和铺放质量提升奠定了坚实基础。有限元仿真与翼梢小翼试验相结合,充分验证了该方法的有效性。
