复合材料因其高比刚度特性而应用日益广泛。高性能复合材料传统上通过高压釜工艺在升高的压力和温度条件下制造,但该工艺存在诸多缺陷,包括循环周期长、设备投资巨大、模具成本高昂和能耗过高等问题。为降低成本并提高生产效率,复合材料制造商正寻求经济可行的替代方案。非高压釜(OoA)工艺通过在高压釜外部应用真空、压力和热量来制造复合材料,具有显著的成本优势。本综述系统阐述了各类非高压釜工艺在不同应用领域的工作原理、技术特点及实际应用情况,深入分析了各工艺的理论和实践优缺点,并指出了该领域的未来研究方向。非高压釜工艺的发展对于扩大复合材料在航空航天、风能、汽车等领域的应用具有重要意义。
