轻质材料在航空航天、汽车等工业领域应用广泛。复合材料因其高比刚度和高比强度特性受到广泛关注。树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺作为液体复合材料模塑工艺家族的重要成员,具有制造高性能聚合物复合材料的能力。RTM工艺生产的零件缺陷通常源于气孔的形成,这会严重降低制造零件的力学性能。为保证零件质量,必须对模具充填阶段进行实时监测和控制。本文提出了一种软传感器观测器方案,用于判断RTM工艺过程的可观测性并估计过程状态变量。通过系统可观测性分析,采用Lyapunov理论设计了高增益观测器,最后通过仿真案例验证了所提观测方案的有效性。该方法为RTM工艺的在线质量控制和缺陷预防提供了新的技术途径。
