自动纤维铺放(AFP)工艺中的铺层缺陷会削弱层合板力学性能,其预测和避免至关重要但研究不足。本研究建立了考虑纤维束正交各向异性和粘弹性的质量-弹簧-阻尼器系统模型,并提出了相应的数值算法用于模拟铺放工艺和缺陷生成过程,通过实验验证了模型的准确性。该系统和算法综合考虑了模具表面、铺放路径、工艺参数和纤维束力学特性,能够准确模拟铺放过程中缺陷的产生。在工况1中,第2、3根纤维束的最大桥接高度约12 mm,桥接长度约100 mm;第4根纤维束的最大桥接高度约23 mm,桥接长度约150 mm。在工况2中,观察到褶皱高度约1.6 mm和皱纹高度约1.3 mm。对应的实验测量值为:工况1中第2-3根和第4根纤维束的高度/长度分别为11.5/105 mm和20/154.2 mm,工况2中褶皱/皱纹为1.52/1.45 mm,与仿真结果吻合良好。单根纤维束每铺放10 mm滚筒行程的计算时间约50 s,计算效率较高。该系统和算法可实现快速参数调整,有效降低缺陷,提高铺放质量。
