基于螺旋理论的六轴自动铺纤机体积误差建模与补偿

提出了一种六轴门式自动铺纤(AFP)机的体积误差建模与补偿方法。基于螺旋理论建立了AFP机的正逆运动学模型。为提高逆运动学求解精度,采用Paden-Kahan子问题法对旋转轴简化拓扑进行逆运动学求解。利用误差运动螺旋建立了54个几何误差的体积误差传递模型。根据激光跟踪仪测量数据和Levenberg-Marquardt方法进行几何误差参数辨识。利用逆运动学显式求解公式获得各运动轴的误差补偿量,通过迭代方法修正铺纤路径的G代码,实现体积误差补偿。通过对比误差补偿前后刀具中心点的位置,验证了体积误差建模与迭代补偿方法的实用性,能够有效提高AFP机的几何精度。
