自动铺纤技术(AFP)是实现纤维方向沿面内变化的变刚度设计的关键技术。然而,AFP制造过程中不可避免地会产生纤维角度偏差和搭接等缺陷。本研究建立了变刚度圆柱壳有限元模型,用于研究搭接区域和纤维角度偏差对变刚度圆柱壳屈曲稳定性的影响。通过参数分析,系统研究了弯曲纤维路径的设计参数以及纤维束宽度、纤维束供给数量和搭接策略等工艺参数对结构屈曲性能的影响。结果表明,在压弯耦合载荷作用下,沿周向纤维角度变化的变刚度设计能够改善屈曲性能,最优变刚度设计方案[0/〈30|80〉/90/−〈30|80〉]s的最大临界屈曲载荷因子为10771,比最优等刚度设计提高21.1%。研究发现,在纤维束宽度保持不变的条件下,增加铺放宽度会降低变刚度结构的屈曲性能;在铺放宽度保持不变的条件下,变刚度结构的屈曲性能随纤维束宽度的增加而提高。
