连续纤维增强复合材料的三维打印需要与耐热基体相适配的预浸料。本研究系统调查了碳纤维与聚合物粘结剂之间粘接强度的影响因素。通过开发偶联剂化合物,促进纤维与聚合物的浸渍并改善纤维-粘结剂界面粘接。采用多种聚酰亚胺基体合成热塑性粘结剂,通过热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和接触角测量等方法表征聚合物性能。随后对材料进行溶液浸渍处理以制备适用于3D打印的预浸料样品,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)评估浸渍质量。将性能最优的预浸料用于3D打印试验件。相比传统环氧树脂基预浸料仅适用于低温应用,聚酰亚胺基预浸料具有优异的耐高温性能和耐腐蚀介质能力。聚酰亚胺作为一类高分子材料,在高温下保持良好的热稳定性。基于聚酰亚胺的预浸料及与熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印工艺相适配的热塑性聚酰亚胺基体,可实现高温耐受性与强度的有机结合,满足航空航天等高端应用领域对高性能复合材料的需求。
