自动铺纤(AFP)路径规划算法用于确定纤维路径方向及其在模具表面的起止位置。纤维路径质量直接影响自动铺纤工艺的效率和成品质量。本研究基于表面网格划分技术,开发了一种高效的路径规划算法。针对复杂曲面的适应性问题,提出了基于导向线更新策略的基准方向向量更新方法,使该算法能够适用于各类复杂曲面结构。通过对所提算法进行精度分析,建立了三角剖分参数与路径规划精度的对应关系,为实际工程中三角剖分参数的选择提供了量化参考依据。该算法具有较强的通用性和工程应用价值,可有效提高自动铺纤工艺的规划效率和铺纤质量。
