基于红外加热器结构布置的热固性自动铺纤温度管理

铺层温度是影响热固性复合材料自动铺纤生产质量的关键因素。为实现高质量生产,本文提出了一种考虑自动铺纤设备红外加热器结构的铺层温度预测模型。通过与铺层实验温度结果对比验证了该模型的准确性。随后利用该模型预测了加热器结构布置对铺层温度的影响规律。研究表明,红外管长度和反射膜曲率对铺层温度具有显著影响,而其他参数的影响相对较小。基于上述研究结果,本文提出了一种基于加热器结构的加热策略,可在变速铺纤过程中高效实现恒温控制。该研究为优化自动铺纤工艺参数、提高复合材料制品质量提供了理论指导。
