基于构型理论的方形多孔板树脂浸渍空心通道配置确定方法

液体复合材料模塑技术广泛应用于卡车驾驶室、风力发电机叶片等制品的生产。液体树脂注入工艺采用注射通道网络来改善树脂在多孔增强介质中的流动。本数值研究通过将构型理论应用于理想化问题,预测空心通道的最优位置。通道的位置和尺寸不预先定义,而是从基本通道单元逐步构建生成。测试了两种通道生长策略:新的基本通道单元分别放置在树脂流动阻力最低或最高的区域。采用控制函数而非预定义形状来构建通道的几何配置。使用有限体积法求解质量守恒、动量守恒方程及树脂体积分数的输运方程。采用流体体积模型处理多相流(空气+树脂)。低阻力策略下空心通道的生长导致注射时间和树脂浪费显著降低。基本通道单元的尺寸(分辨率)也影响了性能指标和注射通道的几何配置。研究结果表明,构型理论提供了一种系统的方法来优化液体复合材料模塑工艺中的通道设计,具有重要的工程应用价值。
