本概念验证研究提出了一种基于纤维预成形体的树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺。该工艺的创新之处在于:首先将固态固化剂预加载到纤维预成形体上,随后将低粘度的液态非反应性树脂注入模具中,实现对预加载预成形体的浸润和湿润。通过分离树脂和固化剂,成功处理了原本粘度过高、不适合液体复合材料成型的松香源环氧树脂体系。流变学测试表明,将无水硫酸铝固化剂从RTM树脂体系中分离后,剩余的液态环氧树脂的流动时间显著延长。超声扫描(C-scan)和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)测试证实,预加载无水硫酸铝的纤维预成形体被液态环氧树脂完全浸润,两组分相互扩散溶解,最终充分反应固化。通过该工艺制备的复合材料层板在质量和力学性能方面与预浸料通过高温高压釜或压缩模塑制备的对照样品相当。该研究结论对碳纤维和苎麻纤维复合材料均得到验证。
