基于时间-温度等效原理的自动铺纤工艺层间正应力许用值研究

自动铺纤(AFP)是一种劳动节约型自动化成型技术,在航空等领域得到广泛应用。该工艺中凹面脱层是常见缺陷,但现有研究对其发生条件的认识不足。为预测该缺陷的发生,提出了层间正应力许用值的概念来定义其发生条件,基于该概念采用时间-温度等效原理进行探针试验。通过探针试验测得的铺纤速度/许用正应力曲线,讨论了许用正应力的物理意义。同时对测量曲线进行定量分析,结合粘弹性理论和分子扩散爬行模型,确定了金属/预浸料层和预浸料/预浸料层界面脱层形成过程中的主导作用机制。最后利用实验数据指导自动铺纤工程应用中的工艺参数选择,并验证了其正确性。该研究为AFP工艺中凹面脱层缺陷的预防和控制提供了理论依据和实验支撑。
