基于应力分布的连续碳纤维3D打印分区方法

摘要整理
连续碳纤维复合材料3D打印需要实现纤维分布的定向性控制。对于实际工作条件下的零件,相同应力条件下的应力分布存在差异,但现有分区算法主要根据零件几何形状进行子区域路径填充,未能结合零件的实际工作工况。为解决此问题,提出了基于应力等值线密度的分区算法。该方法基于有限元分析结果获取零件应力等值线分布,通过计算应力等值线密度对应力集中区域进行分区,采用更加适配的填充路径对应力集中区域进行纤维铺放,以改善零件的力学性能。该方法将纤维取向与零件实际工况相耦合,实现了应力驱动的智能分区与路径规划,为连续纤维增强复合材料增材制造的性能优化提供了新的思路。
