基于响应面法的碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料感应焊接多因素优化

感应焊接是热塑性碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的一种极具应用前景的焊接技术,具有效率高、灵活性好和加热区域可选择性强等优点。然而,焊接区域温度场的不均匀性对焊接质量构成挑战。本研究建立了碳纤维/聚碳酸酯(CF/PC)复合材料感应焊接的多因素优化方法,以实现高质量和高效率的接头连接。建立并验证了瞬态三维有限元模型,用于分析焊接过程中的加热特性。通过响应面法建立了焊接工艺参数(焊接电流、线圈距离)与平衡温度、相对有效面积之间的映射关系,以优化焊接质量。进行了单搭接剪切实验,评估了焊接接头的力学性能,重点关注微观形貌和焊接缺陷。结果表明,最优工艺参数为焊接电流100A、线圈距离表面3.6mm。在该工艺参数下,有效焊接面积为0.3823,误差为4.25%。研究建立了瞬态三维有限元模型,提出了焊接质量评价指标体系,开发了工艺参数多因素优化方法,并评估了焊接接头的力学性能和焊接缺陷特征。
