本文提出了一种用于汽车和高体积航空航天市场复合材料结构件批量生产的新型工艺。该工艺包括以下步骤:(1)工艺仿真优化三维零件设计及其对应的二维毛坯;(2)采用高速自动纤维铺放(AFP)技术制备二维定制干预预成型体,包括直接纤维铺放、在线纤维扩张和粘合剂涂覆;(3)预成型体功能化处理以改善其成形性和透气性,同时便于搬运和修剪;(4)二维功能化预成型体成形为三维形状并进行净形修剪;(5)采用高压树脂传递模塑(HP-RTM)工艺对净形预成型体进行浸渍,利用其优异的厚度方向(z方向)透气性和预成型体稳定性。为评估工艺性能和零件质量,采用新开发的预成型体和非织造织物(NCF)分别制造了三维零件和二维试样,两者使用相同的纤维和基体。沿工艺步骤全程评估性能,结果表明多个关键工艺参数得到改善,力学性能相当,表面质量提高,从而减少了表面处理工作量。
