PMMA-based electrospun composite fibers for dye adsorption from water

采用静电纺丝技术制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和PMMA/聚乙二醇(PEG)基复合纤维,添加了两种不同的功能添加剂:硅酸盐纳米管(HNTs)和磷酸硼(BPO₄)。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、水接触角测量和紫外-可见分光光度法研究了添加剂对静电纺丝纤维形态、润湿性和染料吸附性能的影响。SEM分析结果表明,PEG的加入导致纤维平均直径减小并形成珠状结构。同时观察到,向PMMA溶液中同时加入HNT和BPO₄会导致纤维直径增加,这可能是由于溶液粘度增加所致。对于含3 wt% HNT的PMMA纤维,测得的最大平均直径和水接触角分别为2204±302 nm和110.29±3.9°。所制备的纤维用于测试其从水溶液中吸附亚甲基蓝(MB)和甲基橙(MO)的能力。添加HNT和BPO₄使样品的染料吸附容量增加。根据吸附容量结果,含5 wt% BPO₄的PMMA/PEG/BPO₄复合样品的吸附容量为0.76 mg/g,被确定为用于动力学和等温线研究的吸附剂。吸附动力学符合准二阶模型,平衡数据与Langmuir模型相关联。
