地毯纺织废弃物的回收利用是处理工业和消费后废弃物的可持续解决方案,特别是在复合材料制造中对环保替代品需求不断增加的背景下。埃及每年约有9000万吨固体废弃物进入填埋场,其中回收率不足12%。地毯作为潜在的固体废弃物资源,其大部分成分可被回收利用,但目前地毯废弃物的回收率仅为4%。本文调查了全球特别是埃及地毯废弃物管理的现状。地毯由多层合成高分子材料组成,包括面纤维、初级衬底、乳胶粘合剂和二级衬底,这些材料在填埋场中难以降解。地毯工业常用的聚合物包括聚酯、聚丙烯、聚酰胺和丙烯酸纤维。本文综述了地毯纺织废弃物管理中采用的各种回收技术,包括初级回收、二级回收(萃取法)、三级回收(化学法)、四级回收(能量回收)和复合回收方法。重点介绍了利用不同制造工艺制备地毯基热塑性聚合物复合材料的研究进展,并对这些复合材料的力学性能进行了系统比较和分析。
