本研究探索了利用回收非织造碳纤维织物制造新型复合材料构件的可行性。随着复合材料废弃物产生量的增加,针对其处置的经济性和环保问题,多种回收策略和技术不断发展。在此背景下,采用柔性模具树脂传递模塑(RIFT)工艺制备了回收碳纤维/环氧乙烯基酯树脂层板,并进行了系统的力学性能表征。通过拉伸、弯曲和宏观压痕等载荷条件下的测试,评估了回收碳纤维增强复合材料的力学行为。该研究为复合材料的循环利用提供了工艺和性能基础数据,对推动复合材料产业的可持续发展具有重要意义。
