吸水性和铺层顺序对混杂聚酯/玻纤/黄麻纤维复合材料拉伸性能和损伤机制的影响

本研究旨在分析吸水性对采用压缩模塑和真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备的聚酯/玻纤/黄麻纤维混杂复合材料的力学性能和损伤机制的影响。采用不同的铺层顺序制备试样,在室温、50°C和70°C三个温度下进行696 h的吸湿热老化处理,对试样在拉伸应力下的力学行为进行了评估。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了力学测试后的损伤机制。结果表明,无论采用何种模塑工艺,复合材料的力学性能均随着水环境暴露而降低。铺层顺序对干态复合材料的影响不显著,但水环境暴露导致两种模塑工艺和不同铺层顺序的复合材料力学性能均出现下降。SEM分析观察到复合材料中存在分层、纤维拔出、纤维/基体界面脱粘、孔隙和基体剥离等损伤形式。研究结果为混杂复合材料在潮湿环境中的应用提供了重要的参考依据。
