含银纳米粒子多功能加热膜作为感应焊接单搭接碳纤维增强聚醚酮酮热塑性复合材料接头的易熔体:热学和力学性能研究

本研究提出了一种含银纳米粒子的新型多功能膜(易熔体),用于改善单向碳纤维增强聚醚酮酮(CF/PEKK)热塑性复合材料的感应焊接性能。制备了不同银纳米粒子含量的Ag/PEKK膜系列。通过评估最高温度和热响应时间常数等热学性能指标,筛选出银纳米粒子含量为60 wt.%和70 wt.%的膜。采用筛选的易熔体和不锈钢网制备单搭接接头,评估其力学性能。结果表明,含60 wt.%银纳米粒子的易熔体获得最优性能,层间剪切强度和单搭接剪切强度分别达到25.2 MPa和20.9 MPa。通过数值模拟和实验方法(无损检测和光学显微镜观察)阐明了热学和力学性能提升的机制。研究表明,将多功能加热膜集成到粘合剂中,能够显著提高感应焊接工艺制备的热塑性复合材料单搭接接头的热效率和力学效率。
