本研究测量了五向缎纹编织碳纤维增强聚醚酮酮(PEEK)复合材料的电导率。采用U形线圈进行了感应加热实验。研究表明,热响应取决于层板中涡流的产生方向。热响应与测得的面内各向异性电导率呈线性关系,表明欧姆加热机制在该材料感应加热过程中占主导地位。这一关系使得仅需测量织物编织方向和织物45°偏轴方向的电导率,即可准确高效地模拟织物增强复合材料的感应加热过程。该发现为感应加热工艺在热塑性复合材料成形中的应用提供了理论基础,具有重要的工程应用价值。
